Yes definitely, you can park in front of our store. When there is no more space here, we have a large free parking lot on the Julianastraat in Burgh Haamstede. This is a 3-minute walk to our store. The course starts at the Adriaan van der Weijdeweg parking lot. This will be a paid parking lot after April 1.
Yes that is possible. You can indicate this when picking up the bike and the staff will explain how the return process works.
Yes, all bank cards bearing the maestro logo are accepted at this location. It is not possible to pay in by credit card. If you book online, payment by credit card is possible.
Yes definitely, at our location in Burgh Haamstede we have a bike for everyone. We have Cube kids mountain bikes starting at 20 inches. Kids as young as 5 years old can therefore join in the fun.
Yes, the route is split in two. Thus, there is an “easy” and a “difficult” route.
The course is about 9km. The route is split in two to make it easier and shorter for children or less experienced mountain bikers.
Yes, the route is publicly accessible and is free to use.
No, a helmet is not required but highly recommended. There are challenging sections in the route which means the chance of a fall is high. To avoid injury as much as possible , we strongly recommended wearing a helmet.
On our reservation form you will see a separate tab with mountain bikes. We have listed all the sizes for you and indicated the length sizes hereby. This way you can easily see which size is right for you.
No, due to hygiene we do not rent out water bottles. However, you can buy them in our store for only €4.95
No, we do not rent bicycle clothing. We do rent helmets suitable for mountain bikes. The are always rinsed with disinfectant after use.
No, it is absolutely not allowed to ride our bikes on the beach. The salty sea water causes everything to rust quickly. And we don’t want to give you a road-worn bike the next ride.
Yes sure, we will come to you with a replacement bike. We unfortunately cannot get to the mtb trail by car, but we can meet at the starting point in the parking lot. You will have to come over there so we can change the bike.
